How do I sign-up? Select an option, proceed to checkout and create an account. When logged-in, subscribers will have access to the database(s), where files can be downloaded as needed. One-time downloads will be active for 24-hours.
How do I access the data? Data can be accessed by logging in to your account. Excel files can be instantly downloaded as needed.
Can I switch plans, or make multiple purchases? Yes. Just send us an email, and let us know what you need.
Can I cancel my subscription? Yes, you can cancel anytime. Monthly subscriptions subject to a minimum term of 3 months, after which recurring payments can be stopped.
How do I cancel my subscription? Login to your account and click the “cancel” button. Alternately, just send us an email, and we’ll cancel your subscription.
How long do you keep credit card information on file? Credit card payments are handled through our payment provider. We don’t have any access to your credit card info.
Can I pay by cheque, direct deposit or wire transfer? Can I get a purchase order or invoice? Yes. Just use the “pay by invoice” option and we will contact you for more details.
What is meant by “Corporate” access? Corporate customers can have multiple users, each with separate emails and passwords. Corporate customers can also designate an account administrator, who will have access to payment information and user access.
What data is included? How much historical data is provided? Can I get see a sample of the Excel files? Available datasets, including start dates and frequency, is shown above. Sample files are included on the last row.
What format is the data provided in? Data is provided in Excel format. No software installation or FTP access is required.
How often is the data updated? Oil and gas prices are updated at the end of each week. All other data is updated as received, typically within 24 hours. All Excel files are dated as per the last update.
I don’t live in Canada. Do I have to pay GST? Non-Canadian residents and corporations are tax-exempted. GST will be removed once the credit card billing address is confirmed.
